Dear Reader,

It’s Friday…and for traders, that can sometimes be where the best opportunities show up.

With positions getting adjusted and momentum traders looking for one last move before the weekend, Fridays often reward stocks that start moving early.

This morning, a few small cap Nasdaq names are already doing just that. Here are today’s top 3 pre-market movers to keep on your radar:

* Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: TCRT) – showing solid pre-market strength, up 31.1%

* IBEX Limited (Nasdaq: IBEX) – trading higher by 32.5% in early action

* Zenta Group Company Limited (Nasdaq: ZTG) – leading the way among pre-market movers, up 47.2%.

No guarantees, of course…but when Friday momentum shows up, it can move fast.

DRMA was the story from our morning watchlist today.

It opened at $0.76 and ran to $1.13 just before 11:00, a 48.7% move. It came off that high through the afternoon but held onto a good piece of it, closing at $0.91. That’s 19.7% above where it opened for anyone who stayed with it.

The big window came mid-morning, and holding 18% of it through the afternoon was a good sign.

Checking in on the watchlist. Two of the three are working today, with DRMA well out in front.

DRMA opened at $0.76 and hit $1.13 just before 11:00, a 48.7% run. It’s at $0.90 now, still 18.4% above the open and holding a decent piece of the move.

SPRC opened at $4.20 and climbed to $5.32 just after 10:00, up 26.7%. It’s come most of the way back in at $4.33 but is still green.

Both above where they opened with the afternoon ahead. Keep them up.

Three names came through this morning’s scan. Plenty of small caps were moving in pre-market. These are the three drawing enough interest to be worth your screen space.

* SciSparc Ltd. (Nasdaq: SPRC) – showing 30.1% gains so ahead of the bell

* Dermata Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DRMA) – climbing 38.2% in early trading

* GreenPower Motor Company Inc. (Nasdaq: GP) – already up 55.2% pre-market.

Tuesday is worth remembering here. TCRT ran 143.5% at its high and still closed up 78%. That’s what a good day on this list looks like, and there’s no way to know in advance which morning produces one.

Which is the argument for having all three up when the bell rings.

A quick wrap on today’s Breakout Alert.

FJET was at $1.49 when the alert went out and ticked up to $1.53 shortly after the open. That was the extent of it. The stock drifted through the rest of the session and never found any momentum in the afternoon.

The December flight test is still on the calendar, so the story hasn’t changed. Today just wasn’t the day the market paid attention to it.

FJET was at $1.49 when the alert went out. It ticked up to $1.53 just after the open and has since drifted back to $1.42.

Nothing much either way so far. The reason we flagged it hasn’t changed. The company said Tuesday it’s moving toward a December captive-carry flight, with the STARLAUNCH 1 hardware already ordered and delivery expected next month.

That’s a near-term milestone on the calendar, which is more than most companies at this stage have.

Today’s breakout alert is NYSE American: FJET 

Starfighters Space, Inc. (NYSE American: FJET) operates the world’s only commercial fleet of flight-ready F-104 supersonic aircraft, flying out of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and the Midland Air & Space Port in Texas. These are Mach 2+ aircraft, and no other company can offer that commercially.

The idea behind STARLAUNCH is to turn those jets into a launch platform, releasing small satellites and payloads at altitude instead of from the ground.

Yesterday the company said it’s moving toward a captive-carry flight planned for December, the first time the STARLAUNCH 1 hardware would actually fly attached to the aircraft. The airframe design is finalized and the hardware has been ordered, with delivery expected in November. From there the plan is a drop test over the Atlantic, then a demonstration of the propulsion system.

So there’s a timeline here, which is more than most development-stage companies can say.

TCRT was the story today, and it kept going well past our midday note.

The stock was at $1.77 when this morning’s list went out. It ran to $4.31 just after noon, up 143.5%, and it held on to a lot of that, closing at $3.03. That’s a 71% gain on the day for anyone who stayed with it.

BKYI and FCHL both gave us early windows, 13.2% and 32% respectively, but neither came back for a second run in the afternoon.

TCRT was at $1.77 on our list and has climbed to $3.12, a 76.3% run. It’s trading at $2.60 right now, which still leaves it 46.9% ahead. That’s the one to keep front and center this afternoon.

FCHL went from $1.28 to $1.69 just after 10:00, up 32%.
