Dear Reader,

Two of this morning’s three have moved, and AHT is the one I’d keep up this afternoon.

AHT was at $2.50 when the list went out and climbed to $2.81 just before noon, up 12.4%. The timing is what makes it interesting. Most of our movers do their work in the first hour, and this one was still working at midday.

OLOX went from $1.04 to $1.28 inside the first hour, a 23.1% run.

Yesterday SAIQ was still climbing into the close. Worth keeping that in mind on AHT.

SAIQ was the kind of day you hope for. It opened at $4.62 yesterday and climbed all session, closing at $6.84.

That’s 48.1%, and it finished within a nickel of its high, which means anyone who held through the day got the move, and not just the people who timed the top.

Three names came through this morning’s scan:

* Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: AHT) – showing early gains of 42.3%

* Olenox Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: OLOX) – moving 46.1% ahead of the bell

* Robin Energy Ltd. (Nasdaq: RBNE) – today’s early standout, up 151.6%.

No telling which of these most resembles yesterday’s all-day strength. That’s why it’s so important to have all three up at the open and then stay with them.

Three for three today, and one of them turned into something.

MPLT gave us 6.5% in the morning and that was the extent of it. WORX shot up 15.1% before 10:00, dropped back to $3.27 by noon, then rallied to $4.05 inside an hour before settling.

Then there’s SAIQ.

It opened at $4.62 and just kept climbing. Not a spike and a fade, which is what we often get, but a steady grind higher all session long. It hit $6.92 just before the bell and closed at $6.84, up 48.1% on the day.

Closing within a nickel of the high is rare. Most of these give back a good chunk in the final hour. SAIQ didn’t give back anything, which tells you the buying was still there right up to the close.

All three moved this morning, and SAIQ has been the one to watch.

SAIQ opened at $4.62 and ran to $5.74 just after 11:00, up 24.2%. It’s at $5.10 now, which still has it 10.4% above the open. The only one of the three holding a real piece of its move.

WORX opened at $3.98 and hit $4.58 just before 10:00, a 15.1% run.

MPLT opened at $8.03 and reached $8.55 just before 11:00, up 6.5%.

Three for three before noon. Keep all of them up through the close.

Here’s where the early action is:

* MapLight Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: MPLT) – up 17.9% in early trading

* WISeSat.Space Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: SAIQ) – rising 33.4% ahead of the open

* SCWorx Corp. (Nasdaq: WORX) – climbing 50.4% on decent volume.

Yesterday both of our movers did their work inside the first hour and went quiet after that. It’s a pattern worth respecting. The pre-market scan tells you where the volume is heading before the crowd arrives, and the opening stretch is usually where that matters most.

Monday gave us two moves, and both of them showed up in the first hour of trading.

MASK was at $0.92 on this morning’s list and ran to $1.15 inside that opening stretch, up 25%. It gave nearly all of that back as the day wore on, finishing at $0.929.

AAME went from $1.38 to $1.56 just before 10:00, a 13% move, and held a bit more of it, closing at $1.45 for a 5.1% gain on the day.

After 10:30 things went quiet on both names. That happens more often than people expect, and it’s the reason I keep pointing to the opening hour as the stretch worth clearing your schedule for.

* Disc Medicine, Inc. (Nasdaq: IRON) – advancing 49.7% on strong volume.

Stocks that come out of the gate strong on Monday often keep working for a few sessions. These stocks are showing early strength…and are worth watching closely as the day unfolds.

Two windows opened for us today…one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

ZTG was at $0.89 when the list went out and ran to $1.10 just before 10:00, a 23.6% move. It never came back for a second push.

TCRT took the afternoon shift. It bottomed at $2.31 just before noon and climbed to $2.85 by 2:00, a 23.4% swing off that low for anyone who caught the turn.

Those were the real moves. Everything else stayed quiet.

One of this morning’s three watchlist stocks has made its move.

ZTG was at $0.89 when the list went out and climbed to $1.10 just before 10:00, up 23.6%. It has pulled back since.

Plenty of session left. Yesterday DRMA made its run mid-morning and still closed well above where it opened, so a pullback at this hour doesn’t settle anything.
