Dear Reader,

Today was a tough session for the Nasdaq and our list felt it.

FLYE gave us 13.4% before 10:00 a.m., going from $3.06 to $3.47. That was the extent of it. No afternoon push, and the other two names never got going either.

That happens. Yesterday we got a 288% move out of SXTC. Today we got a 13% window and not much else. The spread between those two days is the whole business.

Fresh watchlist tomorrow morning before the open.

FLYE made its move early.

It was at $3.06 when this morning’s list went out and reached $3.47 before 10:00 a.m., good for 13.4%. The stock has eased back since.

Yesterday is a decent reason to stay patient with this one. SXTC pulled back under its opening level before noon and then ran to $9.59 in the afternoon. A midday dip tells you very little about what the rest of the session holds.

Yesterday’s list produced one of the bigger moves we’ve seen in a while. SXTC was at $2.47 when it went out. It ran 37.2% before 10:00, slid back under that opening level, and then took off in the afternoon, reaching $9.59 just before 2:00.

That’s 288.3% from where we flagged it.

The dip in between is important…anyone who wrote it off at lunch never saw what came after.

Three names cleared this morning’s scan:

* Murano Global Investments Plc (Nasdaq: MRNO) – up 38.7% pre-market

* Fly-E Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLYE) – already jumping 115.8% before the open

* Darkiris Inc. (Nasdaq: DKI) – climbing 171.9% in early hours.

Have all three up when the bell rings, and give them the full day.

The 37.2% run we flagged at midday turned out to be the warm-up.

SXTC was at $2.47 when this morning’s list went out. It hit $3.39 before 10:00, pulled back under its opening level, and then went on a tear in the afternoon, reaching $9.59 just before 2:00 p.m. That is 288.3% from where we flagged it.

Anyone who gave up on it when it dipped below the list price missed what came next. That’s the part worth sitting with.

Not much is working today. The broader market has been under pressure since the open.

SXTC was the exception early. It went from $2.47 on our list to $3.39 just before 10:00 a.m., a 37.2% run for anyone who moved fast. It has since come back through its opening level and sits around $2.36 as I write this.

Worth keeping up on your screen. Names that spike that hard in the first half hour often take a second run at it, and a stock showing that kind of early interest on a down day is doing something the broader market isn’t.

* Toppoint Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TOPP) – gaining 94.3% ahead of the bell

* China SXT Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SXTC) – today’s early standout, up 140.8%.

These early movers often set the tone for the trading day. And sometimes, as we’ve seen, they can move quickly just after the opening bell.

OLOX ran from $1.43 to $1.85 just before 11:00, a 29.4% move. JAGX touched $7.27 shortly after 10:00 against the $6.39 we flagged it at, good for 13.8%. Neither came back for a second look and the afternoon gave us nothing.

Checking in on where things stand.

OLOX has been the better of the two so far. From $1.43 on our list it pushed to $1.85 shortly before 11:00, a 29.4% run, and it hasn’t given all of it back. The stock sits at $1.56 as I write this, still 9.1% ahead.

JAGX had its moment just after 10:00, touching $7.27 against the $6.39 we flagged it at. That’s 13.8%. It has slid since then, though a second attempt this afternoon wouldn’t surprise me.

Neither one is finished. Stay with them.

We started off the week right yesterday with a pair of winners from the morning list.

SAIQ gave us an early move of 29.6% in the first few minutes of trading…and VEEA made a move in the afternoon to give potential 26.3% gains to those who caught the top.

We’re looking to build on that strong Monday with even more potential upside this morning from early movers like:

* Jaguar Health, Inc. (Nasdaq: JAGX) – up 34.6% pre-market

* Olenox Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: OLOX) – gaining 65.9% ahead of the bell

* Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPDN) – today’s top early mover, up 104.2%.

Yesterday was a decent illustration of why the timing varies. SAIQ did its work early while VEEA waited until the afternoon. Same list, two very different shapes to the day.

So keep all three of these small caps in front of you from the bell through the close today.

Two names worth talking about today from our morning watchlist.

SAIQ jumped 29.6% in the opening minutes, going from $7.33 on our list to $9.50 just after 9:30.

Then VEEA took over in the afternoon. It climbed from $5.37 all the way to $6.78 mid-afternoon, a 26.3% move, and closed at $5.72 for a 6.5% gain on the day.

That’s the second time in three sessions VEEA has delivered. Worth remembering when it shows up again.
