A quick update on this morning’s Breakout Alert: BMM.

BMM was trading at $6.30 when our alert went out at 9:00 a.m. and ran to $6.74 within the first hour, a 7% move for anyone who acted early.

There’s real news behind it this morning, as Blue Moon announced a binding letter agreement with The Elmet Group and EQ Resources covering a $150 to $175 million investment into the Springer tungsten complex. The Department of War is backing the deal directly, having announced a $450 million investment into Elmet with $150 million of that earmarked for Springer.

An important detail here is that Elmet’s equity subscription in Blue Moon is priced at C$10.00 per unit. That’s a 31.8% premium to where the stock closed last Thursday (before the date of the agreement.) A strategic partner paying a premium that size is saying something about how they see the asset.

The transactions still require definitive agreements and regulatory approvals. But this is the tungsten story we flagged this morning moving from thesis to funded.

Today’s breakout alert is NASDAQ:BMM. 

Blue Moon Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq: BMM) is advancing five brownfield mining projects across Nevada, Utah, California and Norway. Its flagship is the Springer complex in Nevada, a full tungsten operation that General Electric built in the 1980s to break America’s dependence on Chinese supply.

The timing on this one is extremely important because beginning January 1, 2027, American defense contractors lose the ability to use tungsten with any Chinese involvement anywhere in the chain.

That includes mining, refining, processing…any of it. And right now the United States does not have a single operating tungsten mine.

BMM’s Springer project has a mine, a 1,200-ton-per-day mill and a permitted APT plant, which converts raw ore into the powder defense manufacturers actually buy. That last piece is the one most investors overlook. Close to 90% of the world’s conversion capacity sits inside China, which knocks out most of the other tungsten names people have been buying.

BMM also owns Apex in Utah, the only primary germanium and gallium mine in the Western world. Both of those metals hit the restricted list in December 2027.

A hard deadline with no domestic supply behind it. Keep a close eye on this one today.

TNON came back for a second run today and made it count.

The stock was at $3.93 when this morning’s list went out. It jumped 26.7% in the morning, settled, then rallied again in the afternoon to a high of $5.96. That’s a 51.7% move from where we flagged it. It closed at $5.30, finishing up 34.9% for anyone who held all day.

IPDN also delivered, moving up 22.2% in that early window.

Two names, two windows on TNON. A good Thursday.

TNON was at $3.93 when we sent the list and hit $4.98 around 10:00 a.m., a 26.7% move. It’s given some back but is still up 13% at $4.44.

IPDN went from $0.18 to $0.22 just after 10:00, good for 22.2%.

Wednesday gave us moves at both ends of the session, BIAF early and YMAT closing up 20.7% on a late rally…and our Breakout Alert moved almost immediately after it was issued. Let’s keep it going today.

* Professional Diversity Network, Inc. (Nasdaq: IPDN) – advancing 44.7% in pre-market trading

* Synergy CHC Corp. (Nasdaq: SNYR) – climbing 55.1% ahead of the open

* Tenon Medical, Inc. (Nasdaq: TNON) – rising 57.8% on strong early volume.

Yesterday was a good reminder that the move can come at any point in the day. Have all three on your screen at the open and stay with them through the close.
